Introduction. Statistics is a mathematical body of science that pertains to the collection, analysis, interpretation or explanation, and presentation of data, or as a branch of mathematics. Some consider statistics to be a distinct mathematical science rather than a branch of mathematics.

Quantitative methods are a research approach that uses numerical measurements and statistical analysis to understand phenomena

Probability. Sets and Subsets. The lesson introduces the important topic of sets, a simple idea that recurs throughout the study of probability and statistics.

Discrete Mathematics deals with mathematical structures involving distinct values, such as graphs, integers, and logic-based statements.

Business Mathematics consists of Mathematical concepts related to business. It comprises mainly profit, loss and interest.

Pure mathematics is the study of abstract mathematical concepts, theories, and problems, without the immediate consideration of practical applications.

Algebra 2 is an advanced branch of Algebra that covers complex topics like functions, sets, relations, arithmetic, and geometric progression.

It is easy to divide mathematics into “discrete mathematics” and “continuous mathematics”: discrete mathematics is about whole numbers and discrete objects, continuous mathematics is about real numbers and approximations. Continuous mathematics is about limits, while discrete mathematics is about counting and algebra.

Calculus is a branch of mathematics that deals with differentiation and integrations. Learn Calculus formulas and the important topics covered in calculus

Algebra 1 is a high school math course that teaches students how to use variables, numbers, and mathematical symbols to solve problems.
